Gedore 1277-18 Industrial Scissors - 7" (180mm)

These scissors are fantastic. They are super sharp and a joy to use. Highly recommend.

I bought this to be my preferred scissor for my tool box, and I'm glad I picket it. Gedore has made a very fine scissor here. This scissor has a very smooth action that remains consistent throughout the cutting stroke. The tip is sharp and well adjusted for fine cuts through thin material, and the base of the scissors can handle thicker items like multiple pieces of paper or whatever you would need. I like how the scissors are bigger than most pair that I have seen, but they are not too large that they become unwieldy. I think the metal on these implies a medium-duty lifecycle. I don't think it would be advisalble to cut through wires or harder metals. I think these are good for papers and plastics, the sort of work when cutting through packaging materials and general use like that. But honestly I have tin snips for that purpose. I'm very happy with these, and I've already been showing them off to people who have always struggled with inferior scissors.

Extremely sharp and well made. Exactly what I would expect from German made steel.
