      Double sided markings!

      Best feature of this tape measure is the markings on both sides of the tape. The front hook latches either way, And when measuring “upside down” the curl is downward, and the marks are next to the piece you are measuring You don’t need to flatten the tape to make your mark accurately. Tape shows both metric and inches on both sides.

      This tape measure is a great size and very well made. The recoil is excellent and the metal tape is dual sided and one of the easiest to read I’ve ever used. This is definitely worthy of the Hazet name and even more impressive in person than in images!

      One thing you cannot see from the picture is that the measurement printing is on the top and bottom. Very slick and does not feel cheap.

      Handy Multipurpose Tape

      This tape measure is great for a general purpose tool kit. I bought this for a kit that sees a mixture of uses that might involve both imperial and metric rough measurements. It's a good size balance and fits in smaller spaces well. Case feels solid with impact absorbing overmold. Tape has the quality to be a hard use tool for many years.

      Hazet quality for everyday use

      I love Hazet tools and finding a locking, retractable tape in both metric and imperial units was a bonus! For a guy like me who works in metric that means no more mental mathematical gymnastics doing conversions. The Hazet teal design really stands out amid the oceans of red Milwaukee and yellow Stanley tape measures out there.
