Since there are (currently) no reviews for this unit, and the previous version is no longer listed nor are there any reviews, I hope it might be useful for me to say I liked the previous version enough to buy 2, one for the glove box and one in the house for use with C3 and E6 bits. My 810 BHK is comfortable for 'precision' type use. The bit holder for C3 bits it is dead solid, with no fore-aft or rotational slop. For E6 bits there is both fore-aft and a bit of rotational slop, but they still function properly. This is pretty common for E6 "power" type bits in this clutch type of hand bit holder. My purely magnetic holders (PB Swiss, Felo) don't seem to have that issue. I own the ESD Wera equivalent size handle as well; whether you like the 'kraftform' style handle is a matter of personal choice. The Wera mounts and unmounts bits differently to the Hazet --i.e. on Wera, with collar in forward position, insert bits without needing to retract the collar, which then auto retracts to retain the bit; then you retract collar to release. I presume the non-ESD version is the same. On Hazet, retract collar to mount, the spring loaded collar auto-moves forward to retain, then you retract to dismount. The Hazet has zero play in collar or shaft for C3 bits. The Wera has a bit of fore-aft play in the shaft, none in the collar. The Wera feels a bit smaller in my hand due to the 'kraftform' scalloped handle shape. I don't remember if my unit was made in Germany or Slovenia. If the new one is exactly the same as the old one, my review is appropriate. If it is not identical, i hope KC will remove this review.
