Hazet 863HP Fine Tooth 1/4" Reversible Ratchet

This handle is extremely well built. It's rated to 120 Nm (88.5 ft-lbs) but it's unlikely that you will ever put that much torque on this handle in normal use. For users more accustomed to inches and feet, the total length is 4.5 inches. The plastic/rubber handle is 2.25 inches. The center of the anvil to the tip of the handle is slightly over 4 inches. A 250 pound guy could stand on the end of this handle and not get torque up to 120 Nm. For the type of fasteners you are likely to use this on, the length is likely a nice fit. Just be aware that the handle is maybe shorter than you might expect from images.

Well made ratchet. It would be nice if Hazet made the handle a little longer.

Very nice little ratchet. I own Snap On, MAC, Wera 1/4 Inch ratchets in various sizes. I am happy I added this little guy to my collection. High quality, very smooth operation and easily identifiable as a premium tool.

Replaced Sears craftsman ratchet because they always stopped working properly after a few months of occasional use at home. Cheaper to buy quality than drive to store for a replacement, even if it is under warranty. Cost of gas and time adds up.

Real quality ratchet with tight engagement and comfy handle. At first there was more backdrag than I prefer but it seems to be getting better as it breaks in. I wish the handle was a bit longer for such a premium priced product, it's almost too small.
