The perfect solution for series production and assembly operations, the vise acts as a "third hand", simplifying precise clamping and boosting productivity when working with identical workpieces or handling heavy, bulky parts
Short-stroke module ensures a consistent and precise clamping force for repetitive clamping processes
Vise securely claps the workpiece with a clamping travel of up to 5 mm, controlled via a foot pedal and integrated hydraulic unit
To comply with occupational safety regulations, the clamping travel is limited to 5 mm (approx. 3/16").
Two-pedal system: "CLAMP" pedal fixes the workpiece securely, while "RELEASE" pedal immediately releases the hydraulic pressure, freeing the workpiece
Vise delivers a clamping force of up to 3 tons, infinitely adjustable up to 200 bar via the hydraulic module
Vise can also be operated manually via the spindle key, which is removeable
With the installation of custom jaws, the vise can also be used as a pressing device or for embossing work in serial production
