It's KC TOOLS quality which means the best! Perfect for my ever-expanding selection of precision screwdrivers - I should have bought this years ago - it's perfection and a bargain!

    Decent Quality But Not Great

Posted by Jason Kingsnorth on Feb 11th 2021

The stand is overall built like a tank. It's very sturdy and nothings going to break it. However, only very specific brands of precision drivers seem to fit in it properly. Wiha is about the only brand that I've found fit good. Wera drivers just tend to fall over and wobble around.

It has the weight you want in a bench block.

The threads were a bit tight on one side, holes were full of soapstone residue, tumbler finish was visually sup-par, but smooth. But who cares? It cleaned up and I was able to force the screws in, its really nice once you get it all set up. I kinda want to have it sandblasted and cerakoted.

    pretty good overall

Posted by Mitchell Walcott on Jan 14th 2021

Other reviews had mentioned some issues with the side panels being different lengths. My unit appeared to be precise. However, the aluminum on one side of each piece looked much more rough than I expected. It is not a huge deal, but this new item already looks used.

    functional and pretty

Posted by Tim Maynard on Jun 10th 2020

Solid, simple and works. It looks nice enough to keep on my desk. Two improvements: aesthetically, I would prefer flush set screws. The holes are chamfered so why couldn't the screw hols be so you could countersink the screws? Sort of seems clunky to have four screw heads protruding up; functionally, I would prefer to have had protective feet on the bottom, since it sits on my nice wood desk. I've added four half round bumper pads to prevent the stand from sliding around on my desktop.
