    A must have tool

    I bought these to compare with the the older version. These are great pliers, they completely make adjustable wrenches obsolete. They do the same job but do it so much better. It's incredible how much squeezing pressure these put on the fastener. All that aside, I like the old version of these slightly better. It's probably just a personal preference thing. This updated version opens about 1/4" farther than the old ones but the handles are at an uncomfortable angle when doing so.

    Knipex Pliers Wrenches are simply the best money can buy. These new types have slimmer jaws so that you can get into tight places easier. They also grip wider bolts than the old style pliers wrenches of the same size.

    I love the 7.5" version I have and I figured I would never be able to afford this. It was on Tool of the Day for $42. I picked it up and I love it. Great feel, more useful than any combination wrench. Plus, it is the newer version. Love this tool!

    What's not to love about this amazing tool that instantly makes other adjustable wrenches obsolete. This has all the same features as its predecessor but comes in a dark color and opens wider . This makes the tool usable for a wider range of applications and still comes with the beautiful styling and functionality that Knipex is famous for ...

    Better than my last pair

    I have the 10” with comfort grip and these ones actually are more comfortable. The comfort grip makes it awkward to hold. These ones have such a nicer weight to them. Just super ergonomic overall. 7/5 would buy again.

    The quality of these pliers is second to none. I was a lifelong user of Channelock pliers and always wondered how these pliers could really be much better. I now have many different styles and can’t imagine working without them.

    I have the chrome versions on these. Wanted to see what these were all about. It’s a little lighter. It has the size scale. Not really needed. Just adjust it and go. It functions the same. I wish I knew about these years ago. One of the best tools I have ever used. I mainly use them for plumbing fittings. These are my 5th pair.
