    I've been looking at these for a while. I thought, "how could these be that effective". Pulled the trigger and bought them. Should have done that years ago. First they are first class in manufacturing as it applies to "fit & finish", then the teeth are sharp and strong and will not roll over or deform. They open up really larger that I expected, so they are very useful for many projects. They fit nicely in my pocket. I keep them, along with a few other Cobras in the Knipex zippered keeper bag, ready to grab when I need to. Sweet!

    I was skeptical at first due to the size of the pliers. However, they have very good grip strength, and are excellent for EDC.

    Once you get a pair of these, you'll know ur fucked. It's 30 dollars you'll say, that's kind of a lot, isn't it? But before you know it you'll have a pair you carry in your jeans, and pair in your toolbox, and pair in your car, and 2 more in the mail because they make excellent birthday/Christmas gifts that people eat up like hotcakes. The design is nothing short of amazing. Has everything it needs without having any extras. Easy one hand opening and closing of the jaws with a flick. Hard, sharp jaws that grip the shit out of things. I think mini pliers will find a way into the peoples pockets similar to how pocket knives have. They are a great edc alternative for opening packages of all sorts. I notice instead of reaching for my knife to slice something open, there is an appreciation of simplicity in just grabbing the knippers, and tearing it straight open with ease. Get a pair today and begin your addiction. KC Tool has reliably shipped fast with me as always.

    I have the slightly larger version of these pliers with the rubberized grip but this one seems just as capable and the bare-metal handles are more comfortable than I expected.
