decent 12"/300mm steel ruler. numbers could be darker to offset some glare. Wasted space on the reverse that has nothing but a Stahlwille 13110 logo. 1/2" width seems a bit narrow, wish for it to have been a little wider.

My job requires measurements in tight spaces that normal width rules are just too wide. I was given an old metal rule like this one but it was faded beyond the ability to read. Finally found a replacement. I ordered 2 just in case one of the other guys wanted one. Sold it in less than two minutes once they found out about it.
Great visibility of numbers and it's narrow width is perfect for my job.

It was not as wide as I thought it would be, but that's not a problem. The surface feels very nice, smooth but not shiny. It is made in Germany but not made by Stahlwille and only has Stahlwille marking and part number on the back. Awesome to have for daily use.

Well made, however it is marked every half millimeter and this makes it a bit cluttered.
