This will be left to the discretion of the direct Berger distributor or reseller and/or Berger Tools USA.

-Berger tool components such as blades, counter blades, springs, bumpers (shock absorbers) are deemed as consumables and are not covered. However, if an issue out of the ordinary occurs with these parts, the product will be covered.
-Wood handles that break from normal use.
-Worn or dented aluminum handles or rubber grips.
-Rusty tools.
-Tools that have been used improperly or left out in the elements.
-Modified tools.

If you feel that our product has failed due to reasons other than normal wear, we want to know about it. Return tools for warranty replacement directly to KC Tool. All returns are subject to inspection prior to replacement.
