This will be left to the discretion of the direct Berger distributor or reseller and/or Berger Tools USA.

Berger will NOT guarantee these examples or for the following reasons:
-Berger tool components such as blades, counter blades, springs, bumpers (shock absorbers) are deemed as consumables and are not covered. However, if an issue out of the ordinary occurs with these parts, the product will be covered.
-Wood handles that break from normal use.
-Worn or dented aluminum handles or rubber grips.
-Rusty tools.
-Tools that have been used improperly or left out in the elements.
-Modified tools.

    Had the opportunity to use these on some shrubs. Cutter is sharp and seems well made. I wish the cork handles were a little thicker, but that's a minor concern. The cork does feel good and offers some cushion.
