    Rare miss for Felo - needs better bit retention and case lining

    Generally I've been very impressed with Felo tools. However, this set might be the exception that proves the rule. My set was missing the Smart handle, but KC Tool's typically excellent customer service quickly sent one over. The case and that handle are my disappointments. The other Felo cases (ratchet sets, bit boxes) have nicely cut foam. This one is lined with thin molded plastic, and I do not expect it to last long. The Smart handle bit retention is not great. There's a ball bearing backed by a rubber plug. It holds the nut drivers OK, but the bitholder floats in it. It's like using power bits in a Wiha Ultradriver. On the plus side, it has a useful collection of sizes and bits.
