    Ordered late Wednesday night with normal next day delivery to get it on Friday. Got an email Thursday morning saying that shipping will be delayed thanks to a pretty severe snow storm. Responded back to see if I could upgrade to Saturday delivery since I really needed it by the weekend. Kyle was very prompt and by Friday had arranged everything for me to have it first thing Saturday morning. Online tracking updated fairly quickly as I was tracking the package every few hours on it's journey. Received first thing on Saturday morning well packed. Thanks Kyle!
