    Seems high quality bit. Fits #4 pickguard screws perfectly. The web says origin of Germany, but the label says made in Vietnam.

    Quality appears good (more precise than 1/4" hex Wiha bits) and no problems so far. They are even labeled, which is nice. - - I have heard they aren't as pointy as other small Phillips bits, but it seems like switching to a smaller size would solve that problem. - - Note: Wiha makes Phillips #1 bits on 1/4" hex also.
