The ArboRapid Telescopic Pole line from BERGER is designed with safety in mind. This pole is specifically designed for tree climbers and is made of high-strength aluminum which enables safe and ergonomic work. This compact version has a metal clip specially designed for attachment to the belt. Thanks to the innovative click system, the attachments can be changed quickly and without tools, even with a limited range of motion. Like all BERGER telescopic poles, the ArboRapid is also equipped with the reliable, quick-lock mechanism made of coated quality steel. The 3-part ArboRapid telescopic pole can be extended to a length of 2.8' to 6.2' and is compatible with every BERGER attachment tools.

Berger will guarantee its products for the lifetime of the tool. This is not to be confused with a "lifetime" guarantee. The guarantee is that if a product should break due to faulty materials or workmanship on our part, it will be replaced. Berger will not warranty items that are deemed misused, abused, or have been worn out through normal use. This will be left to the discretion of the direct Berger distributor or reseller and/or Berger Tools USA.
Berger will NOT guarantee these examples or for the following reasons:
-Berger tool components such as blades, counter blades, springs, bumpers (shock absorbers) are deemed as consumables and are not covered. However, if an issue out of the ordinary occurs with these parts, the product will be covered.
-Wood handles that break from normal use.
-Worn or dented aluminum handles or rubber grips.
-Rusty tools.
-Tools that have been used improperly or left out in the elements.
-Modified tools.
Berger products are made to the highest standards. Our products are considered the highest quality found anywhere on the market. We stand behind them 100%. If you feel that our product has failed due to reasons other than normal wear, we want to know about it. Return tools for warranty replacement directly to KC Tool. All returns are subject to inspection prior to replacement.
