    Finish issues

Posted by Ben on Feb 20th 2021

I received one in the mail and the face checking looked like it was done by a drunk toddler with an angle grinder. It was uneven and some of the channels didn't even complete across the face. It's very inconsistent with the fit and finish of the rest of the hammer. I sent it back and assumed that everyone has a bad day. The replacement just came in the mail and it's slightly improved but still looks pretty shoddy for a $100 hammer. I'm keeping it because at this point I've spent enough time running to the post office to make it not worth it.
