Awesome Addition to Wera Tool Bags

Posted by David Bull on Feb 19th 2024

This is an awesome addition to the Wera 2go tool system. It easily attaches to the 2go tool bag and is a great place to store loose items, but is also a fantastic small portable tool bag on the go. If you have the 2go tool bag it’s a no brainer!

    Bummer concept and execution

Posted by Jeff on Dec 13th 2019

I bought the tool box first, clunky, Thought, I'd solve it by buying the piece that couples to the box (velcro) and a 2nd box. Even worse. Really bad product. Doesn't stay together aligns vet poorly, carries badly and frankly doesn't help or carry the tools very well at all. Just a waste of money.

    Wera 2Go Tool Box

Posted by Jeff on Oct 3rd 2019

Disappointed. The box's velcro should be hooks so that one can mount other tool to go items on it. It's also small. Wera - you don't make fan out of products that force customers to buy three pieces just to have a workable tool bag. While we're at it, please make a metal box that would hold all of the SAE socket sets you sell.

It might be good for some applications

Very well made but it is rather small. The fabric gets dirty easily and is hard to clean. I have mine mounted on the rack in my work van. After very light use, the fabric quickly starts to fray and get fuzzy. I wouldn't recommend this for anything but hanging on the wall.

    Decent Tool Bag

Posted by The Limper on Dec 27th 2018

I have a few Wera sets and I like the storage they provide. I picked this up during a special for a good price. It's solid and well made and it inspires confidence in its durability. However, there are a few issues with it: - the handle should be on the center of the top not on the back. It throws the balance off a bit when carrying it. I do realize that they placed it there in order to remove the chance of pulling open the top but I think they could have come up with a way to put the handle in center and use some additional means of keeping the top closed - The lid has a tendency to stay closed when you want it open. Perhaps with use, the top will loosen up and stay in place more but it is a bit annoying for now. With all this said, it's a nice bag.

    very small

This bag really well made and strong. The stitching on the all the panels and the Velcro is top notch. The down side is the small size and the lack of any "hook" Velcro anywhere on the bag. You are not able to attach any Wera 2go pouches to the outside of it. Also, the handle is attached to the back of the bag so it carries off-kilter. I think it will be much more useful in conjunction with the wera 2go 2 bag.

    Simple and Useful

I have been using this for a couple of weeks and so far I am really impressed. The modular boxes and carry strap are very helpful and hold more than enough for most jobs.
