Return transportation costs are not included, however Wera will send replacement tools at no cost.     Followed instructions and installed new rachet head. It was a little tough to do since I had to force it in. But once I got it it has worked like new again

    Excellent repair kit when you need it

    This ratchet repair kit is sturdy, easy to install and high quality. The instructions are clear. Don't take shortcuts when you replace a ratchet head. In this case, you should heat the retaining screws as instructed (instead of manhandling them off). -- Buy a spare repair kit and you'll never be caught off guard when your ratchet head (inevitably) starts to jump.
